The Drowned Court is a known but poorly understood power operating in and around Percy Priest Lake. While mortals remain unaware of its existence, most Kindred factions in Nashville have, by now, heard the name—and learned to treat it with caution.
It is not a coterie, nor a cult, nor a domain in any traditional sense.
It is something older in posture.
Something that does not fully belong to the waking world.
