Lodged between Antioch and Smyrna, this abandoned looking house managed to find itself outside any HOAs' reach, and now it houses a single young man. tries to keep the inside nice and cozy, clean and kept, completly ignoring the outside since that would requiere daytime work and he truly cant be bothered.

The Haven itself is utterly simple (••) and devoid of supernatural tells.
