Runs a desk at the DMV like it’s a military post. Doesn’t like people. Doesn’t like inefficiency. Absolutely loves finding your mistake on form 28-G. She’s infamous in her HOA for turning in her own neighbors and more than disliked by half the permit office. And yet—she gets things done. People say she once found a suspended license using nothing but a parking stub and a note written in pencil. Keane’s the only one she’ll pick up the phone for on a bad day.
