Kage Hebi

Club Interior

Kage Hebi is an upscale Japanese-inspired hostess club hidden behind an understated entrance. From the moment guests step inside, the atmosphere shifts from Nashville nightlife to something darker and more luxurious.
The main room is built around a large curved black-marble bar, its surface reflecting the warm amber glow of candles and low recessed lighting. Behind the bar, shelves of liquor are framed by dark wood and traditional Japanese detailing. The club's signature serpent-and-circle Kage Hebi emblem is worked into the wall behind the bar, illuminated subtly rather than appearing like an obvious neon sign.
The color palette is predominantly black, deep burgundy, dark wood, and warm gold, with occasional red and violet lighting providing contrast.
The seating area consists of plush burgundy booths and intimate circular tables, deliberately arranged so conversations can happen privately without feeling completely isolated from the rest of the club. Small lanterns and candles provide most of the table lighting.
A shallow indoor koi pond runs through part of the floor, crossed by small wooden bridges. The water reflects the club's lights and creates a quiet separation between different sections of the room. Artificial cherry trees grow along portions of the pond, their blossoms illuminated from beneath.

The Hostess Area

Rather than having the hostesses simply circulate around an open dance floor, Kage Hebi has several semi-private lounges surrounding the main room.
Hostesses sit with guests, pour drinks, play drinking games, converse, and provide companionship. The seating is luxurious but deliberately intimate—low tables, velvet couches, cushions, and screens that can be partially closed for privacy.
The screens use dark wooden frames with translucent shoji-style panels, some decorated with subtle snake, moon, or cherry-blossom designs.

The Stage

At the far end of the main room is a relatively small stage rather than a massive concert setup.
Behind it is a large circular backdrop depicting a coiled black serpent, tying directly into the Kage Hebi logo. The serpent is illuminated in deep red when the stage is active.
Live music, dancing, karaoke, and performances happen here, giving the club enough energy to function as a legitimate nightlife establishment while keeping the emphasis on the hostess experience.

Upper Level

A balcony surrounds portions of the main floor.
This is where the more exclusive seating is located. The booths are darker, quieter, and considerably more private. Guests who spend more can be escorted upstairs by a hostess.
Several doors lead to private rooms, each with its own Japanese-inspired design.
One might have a traditional tea-house aesthetic, another might resemble a modern Tokyo lounge, while the most expensive room could have a floor-to-ceiling view overlooking the main club.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area is a secluded Japanese Zen garden tucked behind Kage Hebi, separated from the club by dark wooden doors and a small stone walkway.
A grove of tall bamboo surrounds the garden, keeping it quiet and private. Carefully raked gravel, moss-covered stones, a small koi pond, and a simple wooden bridge create a peaceful atmosphere. A traditional stone lantern provides subdued lighting at night.
At the center is a flat, open training space surrounded by gravel, deliberately free of decoration. This is where tea ceremonies are conducted. This is occasionally used to settle disputes through formal, almost ritualistic duels.
Along one side sits a small open-air tea pavilion, furnished with tatami mats and a low wooden table. Everything is minimalist and immaculate.
