Up and coming joint everyone buzzes about. Whether going for a night out or just stopping in for a casual drink and meal. It's "new". It's "known". It's "The Spot." Warmth, energetic chatter, live music and bouts of laughter pour out into the street, inviting even those with the smallest of intrigue inside.

If that didn't sell it, a small, window bar serves folks just wanting to dip their toes in.

Inside, the main floor consists of a broad, wood bar stretching almost the entire length of the building. Rustic, wood shelves glow, displaying varieties of amber bottles, known and exotic spirits, and glassware. A variety of vintage curios are nailed to the walls, adding an extra layer of aesthetic to the establishment.

In the back, a wood-plank stage always hums with live music from local bands. Bathed in changing lights, patrons are invited to cut a rug. Boots thud melodically in tune to the rhythm.

A door leads to the back, open-air patio space.

This outdoor space is usually reserved for larger parties. However, when opened to the general public, patrons may choose to sit at one of the picnic-style tables or just mill around, enjoying the fresh air with soft, fairy lights hanging overhead. In the winter, a few, small fire pits are brought out for comfort.
There is a small bar available and an outdoor theater screen and space, often streaming popular shows or classic favorites. These are not typically in operation unless an event is being hosted.

Above it all, stairs lead up to the VIP loft. It is 'roped off' and reservations are monitored by staff. This area has its own private bar, smaller tables, and some billiards, offering a more intimate, and private feeling space, as well as an overlook to the chaos below. An ideal perch for those who prefer to watch the storm rather than dance in it.

Tucked away in a private corner of the loft sits a quiet door, unmarked. A closet at first glance. A 'speak-easy' rumors whisper. But~. Those in the know understand they only need say the right words and the bar truly unfolds in unexpected ways for them.

A guide appears, smiles thin, and leads these guests down a narrow staircase into the establishment's heart. A basement where the lighting is dimmed, the energy carries a heavier weight, and voices speak in hushed tones as deals are made, and secrets change hands.

Friend’s in Low Places wears its welcome on the surface, but it keeps its teeth just out of sight.
