If you wish to announce yourself per the Tradition of Hospitality, she will permit you do so on this night. She has appointed Elliot Van Der Berg and the Holy Order of Saint Therese to act as her Sheriff and Seneschal respectively, both members of the Clan of the Moon. Any kindred not of the Camarilla may ask for permission to enter providing you simply ask for 'Chip.'

Prince Helene De Stael of the Clan of Kings has pronounced the domain that will be considered the official Rack of Nashville. The rack is open for all kindred, except the despised sabbat, to haven and hunt within. No claims of domain within will be recognized so that it may remain open to the kindred population of the city.
The chosen domain in question is . It should be further expressed that due to it not being the specific domain of a given clan, it is incumbent upon all kindred who choose to reside there or use it's area for feeding, to upkeep the masquerade and clean up any messes that inevitably arise. Failure to do so in a manner that causes attention and scrutiny may result in the rack status being removed.
A rack is a gift and priviledge, not a right. Treat it as such. For the masquerade is what protects us all. Especially in such a time as the Second Inquisition, the recent purge of this city.

In this period of renewal following the eradication of the hunter cell that sought to imperil our existence and prevent the movement of our kind, I, Prince Helene De Stael, do hereby declare the formal establishment of domain granting within this city. These domains, carefully outlined and apportioned, are granted exclusively to clans with a minimum of three loyal members of the Camarilla.
It is decreed that:
Right to Domain and Primogen Representation: Each clan that establishes such a presence within the Camarilla shall be accorded a designated domain within which they may preside and hunt freely, in accordance with Camarilla law. Additionally, these clans shall have the right to propose a candidate for the Primogen Council, whose acceptance is contingent upon my approval for suitability.
Authority Over Domain: Each clan entrusted with a domain shall bear the responsibility of maintaining the Masquerade, ensuring the continued safety and discretion of Kindred operations, and upholding Camarilla law within their borders.
Access for Kindred Outside the Clan or Camarilla: Those Kindred who are not of the Camarilla or who belong to a clan without established presence within the domain must first seek permission from the clan in residence before hunting, or otherwise operating within the bounds of that domain. Unauthorized predation within these domains will not be tolerated and shall be met with swift reprisal.
Formation of Coteries Within Domains: Should Kindred wish to form a coterie within a specific domain, they must likewise gain the approval of the preeminent clan in residence. Such alliances must uphold our laws and the sanctity of our traditions, with each member held to account by their fellows and by this court.
