Declaration of Praxis
February 2024
Helene DeStael of the Clan of Kings hereby declares Praxis over the city of Nashville. Those wishing to announce themselves per the Tradition of Hospitality are invited to do so at the Commodore Ballroom.
She has appointed Elliot Van Der Berg as Sheriff and the Holy Order of Saint Therese as Seneschal, both members of the Clan of the Moon.
Domain assignments, effective immediately:
- Downtown — declared for Clan Toreador
- Midtown — declared for Clan Malkavian
- Bellevue — declared for Clan Tremere
Those found guilty of violating the Tradition of Domain or Hospitality in these territories will be subject to Her Majesty's Justice.
Declaration of the Rack
May 2024
Prince Helene De Stael has pronounced the official Rack of Nashville.
The Rack is open to all Kindred (excepting the despised Sabbat) for haven and hunting. No claims of domain within the Rack will be recognized, so that it may remain open to the city's Kindred population. The Rack is the domain of Hermitage.
All Kindred who reside there or use it for feeding bear responsibility for upkeeping the Masquerade and addressing any breaches that arise. Failure to do so in a manner that draws scrutiny may result in the Rack status being removed.
A rack is a gift and privilege, not a right. Treat it as such.
New Domain Assignments
July 2024
Prince Helene De Stael has pronounced two new official domains:
- Green Hills — declared for Clan Ventrue
- West Nashville — declared for Clan Lasombra
Those found guilty of violating the Tradition of Domain or Hospitality in these territories will be subject to Her Majesty's Justice.
Proclamation on Clan Right to Domain and Primogen Representation
November 2024
In this period of renewal following the eradication of the hunter cell that sought to imperil our existence, I, Prince Helene De Stael, do hereby declare the formal establishment of domain-granting within this city. These domains are granted exclusively to clans with a minimum of three loyal members of the Camarilla.
It is decreed that:
Right to Domain and Primogen Representation: Each qualifying clan shall be accorded a designated domain within which they may preside and hunt freely, in accordance with Camarilla law. Additionally, these clans shall have the right to propose a candidate for the Primogen Council, subject to the Prince's approval.
Authority Over Domain: Each clan entrusted with a domain shall bear responsibility for maintaining the Masquerade, ensuring the safety and discretion of Kindred operations, and upholding Camarilla law within their borders.
Access for Kindred Outside the Clan or Camarilla: Kindred who are not of the Camarilla or who belong to a clan without an established presence in a given domain must seek permission from the clan in residence before hunting or operating within its bounds. Unauthorized predation will not be tolerated and shall be met with swift reprisal.
Formation of Coteries Within Domains: Kindred wishing to form a coterie within a specific domain must gain the approval of the preeminent clan in residence. All coterie members shall be held accountable to Camarilla law.

Declaration of the Neillson Library Elysium
December 2024
Let it be known to all Kindred who walk the night beneath my reign:
By my decree, in accordance with the traditions of our great Camarilla, the Neillson Library is hereby granted the protection status of an Elysium — a sanctuary of culture, learning, and respite.
From this night forth, the Library shall stand as hallowed ground. No violence or use of powers of the Blood shall occur on its premises; to do so is to invite my swift judgment.
All Kindred shall afford Librarian Umaira of the Nosferatu the respect and authority due her station as the Library's guardian. Her word shall carry weight and importance in matters of its governance.
Let the Neillson Library be a beacon of wisdom and unity, a testament to our shared purpose and the enduring order of the Camarilla. May those who violate this decree find themselves forsaken by the privileges and protections of our society.

Domain and Personnel Decree
December 2025

I, Prince Helene De Stael of the Clan of Kings, do hereby make the following decrees:
The Domain of Hillwood is declared for Clan Gangrel. Those found guilty of violating the Tradition of Domain or Hospitality in that territory are subject to Her Majesty's Justice.
Cecilia DeLuca of Clan Toreador is hereby named Primogen of Clan Toreador.
Regarding Anarch Movement: The Anarchs are hereby indefinitely barred from free movement within Camarilla domains. This restriction does not extend to the Anarch domains of North Nashville and East Nashville, the city's Rack at Hermitage, or the Hecata Domain of Madison. It does not extend to Anarch movement into Elysium under the aegis of diplomatic rectification.
