A former settlement, now a suburban neighborhood of northeast Nashville. A section of the Trail of Tears passes through this area, now Old Hickory Boulevard, and the old Amqui train station perches in the center as both a visitor center and museum. Madison is unique among Nashville’s town’s because of its easy accessibility via major roads and interstates.
