Description:
A tattooed woman dressed in dark leathers and heavy boots, Percy carries herself with quiet confidence and rarely wastes words. Blunt to a fault, she has little patience for politics or empty pleasantries, preferring honesty even when it stings. She's almost always accompanied by Panda, the raccoon perched on her shoulder like he owns the city.
Percy's Requiem began with betrayal. Embraced by a Tzimisce, she was sold by her sire and spent years as little more than someone else's possession. When she finally broke free, she made sure her former master would never forget her.
She decided to own Nashville, where she built her haven into a labyrinth of workshops, surveillance rooms, and surgical theaters. A gifted fleshcrafter, Percy believes preparation solves more problems than bravado ever will.
She doesn't make friends easily.
But if she decides you're family, she'll protect you with everything she has.

Status (Anarchs)
-
Politics or Streetwise DC 4: Percy is the former Sweeper of North and East Nasvhille. It is said that her hold on the domain's security was so tight that few were the people that could actually pass by without being detected. Her hold would only grow further. Nobody knows the true extent of it.
-
Streetwise DC 4: Percy is always accompanied by a raccoon. For some reason, the small critter seems to have a hold on the people that meet it. Some say that the Blood made it intelligent beyond its species. Others say it is an elder that never managed to return to their true form. Nobody knows who's right.
Shunned (Camarilla):
-
Politics or Streetwise DC 4: Percy was initially embraced into the Camarilla. One such elder tried to tame her. It is said that all that was delivered to the Prince at the time was a box of two fangs and a very disfigured elder.
-
Politics DC 4: Despite the offense, Percy was still given some leniency. However, upon entering Elysium to receive some sort of punishment, she made sure that every elder, including the Prince, knew what she thought of them. It is said that that location didn't hold an Elysium ever since.
